We had a dodgeball tournament at our church last night!!! our team, Team Foxy Alice, came in second, but we came in first for uniforms!!! they are so cool. Hey you may have noticed....but.... I Never blog!!!!! So here Is My Life

I spent today at Hunter's house!!! We went to 'Alice In Wonderland' last night, with Mackenzie, Clare, Alex, Nic, Nate, Ashley, Missy, and Steve.....then we went to Hunter's for the night!

I had my birthday in January during wintercamp!!! While there we started a broomball team named 'TEAM FOXY ALICE' after Alice Cullen from twilight! I was team captain, and we were the best team on the ice!!!!! (not to mention the most famous :P), and we are reuniting again this month for the youth group dodgeball tourney!!!!!

Pretty much my life is consumed by music......guitar........piano.......choir......AND MY BAND SO MUCH FOR SLEEP!!!!!! Yeah we have decided to be a CORE band, whether that means hardcor, metalcore, deathcore, or popcore. We have been getting some stuff written!

right now my favorite band is 'The Devil Wears Prada', they are amazing!!!! I've realized lately that I have no life. I've been making a musical presentation on my computer for no reason. Don't ask why....I don't even know. Also lately I've been studying music genres!!! It's so interesting!

I've have been creating the basic rules of life! (rules to get you perfectly excitingly through life!) here they are!

Always Know Where Your Towel Is (Yeah this is the most important, you never know when you have to go hitchiking!)

My favorite movie is 'Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy' it's the best! I've already told you my favorite band. My favorite book is Harry Potter (all of them). My favorite super hero is The Batman. My favorite form of cotton is cardigans..........

Icarus Account

Hunter found a really good band, it's called Icarus Account. They are two brothers who do mostly acoustic stuff but with a couple of full band songs. They play guitar and piano, and They are amazing!!! If You Like Acoustic stuff you should definitely check them out, my favorite song is 'Only One' and I'm going to learn it on my acoustic guitar.

My grandparents, and my aunt and uncle came to see 'A Christmas Carol' this weekend. We didn't get to see them much though because of the play. This upcoming weekend our other grandparents are coming. On Sunday I had a super restful day, because I just layed around. It was a peaceful day.

Broken Toes And Birthday Parties

Hey guess what happened to me this weekend??? I broke my toe!!!! it really sucks, but I had a good weekend. on Saturday I went to a birthday party and we drove up to the twin cities to go rollerblading, it was so cool!! The rollerskating rink was in a little dumpy building and it had tons of jumps and platforms and stuff, also the back room was filled with as much stuff as you could think of, rollerblades/skates, skate boards, ripsticks, scooters, and tons of little kid toys. I learned how to do a 360 spin off a jump on my rollerblades, it took quite a long time to learn.

then on Sunday I went to House Of Bounce, this place filled with inflatable obstacle courses and slides and such, with some friends, and we were doing an obstacle course (I WON, 11 SECONDS WOOP WOOP) and I triped going over a cliff and fell down a massive slide onto my big toe......Tis broken, and now I have to wear this shoe thing for like a week. Arg!!!!

after I broke my toe I went to American Idol night at church. My friend Nate and I performed the song All It Takes For Your Dreams To Come True by A Skylit Drive (accoustic version) it was buckets of fun, also steve and luke did this crazy dance thing and it was super awesome....Fact.

I got out my old pokemon games the other day. They Are so much fun!!! I have a level 98!! I have to say that fire type pokemon are my favorite, they are such beasts. Also Nic and I have been playing pokemon at his house on the game cube. I think It would be sweet to get a pokemon backpack....Gotta catch em all!!!

A Skylit Drive

There is this band I really like called A Skylit Drive. A Skylit Drive Is a six-piece American post hardcore band from Lodi California. they have a really nice sound, and they mix their singer's voice (he's a soprano!!!it's sweet!!!) with occasional screamed or growled vocals from the bassist. It's quite nifty. This is the shirt of theirs that I want.

Hey guess what?? we had cape day at choir today. There were hobbit capes, wizard capes, vampire capes and a lot of other capes...it was the coolioest

Tons of people wore capes!! it was super cool. Some pretty interesting stuff has happened at choir this year, like the time I snuck into the auditioned uppity choir (that I didn't want to be in) so I could hang out with my friends. I distracted them for the whole entire choir!!! it was super awesome. But then the choir director called my mom and told her I was a distraction to everybody (cuz I was so funny), and said that I wasn't aloud to be in there, so now I'm banned...it was so much fun.

also for one of the songs I'm singing soprano because the sopranos are to quiet to hear. I get a lot of odd looks from most of the boys when I sing it.

On Tuesday Mom Kenzie and I went to target and got our pictures taken..ugh....and after I went shopping, and i found red and black scarf and a white and black triangle scarf FOR ONLY $2:50 EACH!! Isn't that the sweetest thing ever? Also i found lime green shoelaces, and these sweet Batman gloves. I was going to get this sweet vest cuz I thought it was only $3:50!!! But I read it wrong and It was really $13:50....it was a sad moment:(

Summer/Theatre/My Life

Hey every one geuss what....busy summer. The summer started out with the play "You Can't Take It With You." Mackenzie was stage manger (second in charge) and I volenterd for props cordinator. It was super stressful. also two weeks from opening night Mavis (the director) asked me to be in it. Not to forget halfway through we were both in another play "seussical", which is a D.r Seuss musical. Mackenzie was a bird girl and I was A monkey,and Zuzi was a who, it was loads of fun. That took the first to months of the summer completely up. Zuzi left two days after "Seussical"....sad times, But we did wake up at 5:00 the morning she left and played Champions Of Norrath for a couple of hours. for the next month I spent all day every day at Nic and Nates just hanging out and eating their food. Also in August I started Cross Country Running. I HATED IT. but now that the season is over i way only 113 pounds!

When school started up iv'e been doing piano, guitar, choir, and band. They are all super fun! oh yeah and I made into "A Christmas Carol" which will be in December....so you better come to it.

Also this summer I took up wearing skinny jeans and now it's all I wear, and also I started to listen to hardcore music such as "The Devil Wears Prada", "Attack Attack", "A Skylit Drive", and "IWRESTLEDABEARONCE". Super cool stuff.

I also had a Halloween party on Halloween (isn't that amazing) and I went as the Batman, while my friend Noah dressed up as The Penguin from the old TV show.

flaming prunes and other bad ideas

Hey guys sorry I haven't blogged lately I'm not in the blogger mood. Lately I have shown that I do not have much reliability when it comes to stoves, microwaves, and other flammable objects. I for one do not think that all of these are my fault. For example:

A couple of summers ago Nic and I decided to light some leftover flashing fountains, and other explodables from the 4Th of July. First we tried to light black snakes but it was to windy. So we picked up all the explosives, carried them out of the wind, into the garage and threw them down next to the black snakes. after the black snake show was over Nic, who had the lighter decided to light a firecracker for no reason. It went of sparks flying everywhere and lit the whole bag of firecrackers into one big flaming show right next to a stroller, dry wood, and gasoline. turning the corner, Mr. Howe found us standing dumbfounded in the garage with a black mark on the cement. To this day Nic is not aloud to have a lighter.

But some accidents are my fault:

Last year Nic and I (again) came up with a great Idea! Cooking a prune in the microwave! after it was three times it's normal size we opened the microwave to find a overwhelming smell of Stink (that's right Stink with a capital S) right as my dad came in (we are always unlucky in these situations). I was grounded and I had to clean out the microwave.

Or the time two weekends ago when I had Hunter, and Cole Ray over, and out of all the boyish things we could of done we decided to bake cookies. I know you're thinking, How dangerous could that be. So after our first batch of chocolate chip jawbreakers we mad three HUMUNGO cookies. They turned out all doughy, so I came up with a brilliant plan, and exclaimed,"I'll put mine in the microwave. They should of stopped me right there, but did they? of course not! Unthinkingly I put it in for 1 minute and when I opened it up there was a black hole right through my cookie. As the kitchen filled up with smoke my mom brought the microwave outside where I had to clean it out.

Not to forget Tuesday I put milk on the stove and turned it on high and forgot about it. The milk was overflowing and it burned, sizzled, and stuck right to the counter. Rats!

Oh yeah, and later that day I suddenly had a strong urge to light a firecracker. So I went outside lit it and backed up like safe responsible boy would. It did not go of. So after about thirty seconds of waiting for nothing I said, "It's a dud", and walked over and poked it with the lighter...it exploded. I just about wet myself as I jumped up in the air, yelled in fright, and almost singed off what little leg hair I have.

Skinny Shorts

My skinny jeans were getting to short so I cut them into shorts. Sunday morning I put them on and my whole family was making fun of me. Sniff. Can you believe that? So, I said I didn't care what they thought and that I was going to wear them to church anyway. Everyone who said something about them said they liked them--well except Philliam whose said he liked them, even though he has a complete predudice against skinny jeans, but then he changed his mind a couple minutes after he said that they looked good on me. He changed his mind and said they were too skinny. After I got home that night I told my family that everyone liked them and guess what they said! They never realy minded them! OUTRAGEOUS!

My Toe

Last night after Life Groups I got home and was watching a show when my toe started to hurt. So I started to pick at it. Dumb idea! A little while later I brought my hands up to my face and realized they smelled horrible! I turned on the light and there was blueish-greenish stuff on my hands that looked like marker looking down at my toe I realized that the blue-green stuff was oozing out from where I was picking at my toe! Grody, right? We don't know what it was.

Do you guys ever feel left out? or insignificant? Lately I've been feeling this with my friends at church. Sometimes I feel like I could be best friends with them, and then other times I feel like they ignore me. Because I'm not as popular as them or I'm not as funny as them. I kind of dread just going to church just because of the insignificant feeling I get when I go there.It makes me angry and kinda sad...I don't know. That's all I have for you guys. The Keytar

At the moment, I'm saving up for a keytar! A keytar is a synthesizer that goes around your neck like a guitar, so if you're on stage you can move around. It's pretty cool. I currently have about $10 saved up for it, so I only have about $490 to go! Some bands that use keytars are the David Crowder band and Family Force Five!

My life

Right now I have a busy life. I have piano on Tuesdays classes on Tuesdays and Fridays and tennis every day. Also I'm in a band which is trying to schedule practices around five busy boys' lives. It also adds to the load of stress in the house when your dad is in his last semester of graduate school and is doing homework or working twenty-four-seven. My Mom has literally been sick all winter with strep twice, many colds, sore throats, coughing, and many different things, and she still drives us everywhere. Mackenzie is in plays and Zuzi is in track. It may not sound like a lot to some, but to us it's exhausting! Oh yah, we're also looking into guitar lessons for me, and I'm wondering if I should take voice lessons, or do football, or cross country running.

P.S. Sorry I haven't blogged much lately, I don't know what to blog about

Hey it St. Patricks Day! I'm very excited! My middle name is Gill and is named after my great grandpa's family--Gill (originally O'Gill) who are all Irish, and I just named my guitar Leeland after a Irish Christian singer. Some of our favorite bands/artist are Enya, U2, and Leeland, and guess what! They're all Irish. Also I think it would be really awesome to visit Ireland, even though I only know one word...Fuafar which means disgusting. Also I want to learn Gaelic. That is Irish right?

I was at the mall last Saturday and I found a wallet I loved at Zoomies! It's the coolest wallet ever, next time I go to Zoomies (and I have money)(because I'm broke) I'm going to get it!!!

The Dark Knight

I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!! Last Friday night my father and watched Batman the Dark Knight. It was great!!! Although I didn't think Christian Bale did that good; he was just average. Actually, looking back on it, none of the acting was that great, except.......THE JOKER!!! HEATH LEDGER IS A FREAKIN' AMAZING ACTOR. He was incredible. I've never seen acting like that. He was the the best. And I've got to admit that I got nervous every time he came on screen just because of the things he'd do with his knife. The Joker is pure evil--kind of like when that one guy said to the Joker, "I know the difference between regular thugs and the freaks like you who do it just for fun" or something along those lines. Heath Ledger is one of my favorite actors ever!!! It's too bad he will never be in another movie.

So, on Friday Mom, Zuzi, Kenzie, and I are driving to Lanesboro to have a "Best Christmas Pageant Ever." Mom turned to me and said, "I don't like your name." (Who's fault is that?) Later, after the show was done and we were driving home I came up with the best name ever! It is Bormik the Fierce. So you must call me Bormik the Fierce or Bormik, or I will not respond.

Brutally Honest??

So I was at Lifegroups the other day and I shared my opinion and got described as brutally honest. Please tell me if I'm wrong, but I never knew that I was brutal. Does anyone else think of me as brutally honest? Please be honest with me even if it is brutal.

Hey everyone (if any one reads this blog). We went to Bemidji for Thanksgiving. It was very.... um...very..COLD. Our friends the McNallans live up there, and we went up for the weekend. There was lots of football (watching and playing), playing board games, eating, sleeping in a insulated treehouse complete with table, fold down bunks, electricity, a TV, and two heaters. On Saturday night we went to the Hard Rock Cafe and the Holidazzle parade in Minneapolis.

P.S I need some blog ideas so please help me.

Halloween Costume Benefits

If you're trying to figure out a last-minute Halloween costume, here are a few ideas and the benefits of each one:

Nerd: The coolest part of going as a nerd for Halloween is it's a way for you to show your true colors without anyone knowing it.

Fat Jogger: Stay warm under all your pillows (fat) and you don't have to wear a coat. Hallelujah!!!!!!

Baby: Complete with footie p.j's and blanket. When you return to your house, exhausted, you'll find you are all ready for bed.

Baseball player: Although this outfit is lame above all others, it still has benefits. You'll never have to wait in line because you can just clobber the little kids with your bat.

Hippie: You can soak up the power of the sun, man.

Rollerblader: You can cover ground speedy quick.

Ghost: So old it's new. You never see one sheet-with-holes-cut-out ghost on Halloween any more.

Barney: All the little kids will come up to you and say, "Barney, you're the coolest!" and it's as simple as this. Sing, "I love you, you love me, share your candy with Barney!" and you'll get more candy than all your friends.

Gardener: Awesome wheelbarrow candy bucket!

Robin Hood: "I steal from the rich and give to the poor!" Tackle the little kids and steal all their candy. It's brilliant, brilliant!

Random Things

I got tagged!!! So here are some random things about me, (not that it matters since nobody reads my blog anyway, sniff sniff).

I wish I was a Hobbit (yep that's it--the little dudes with the big hairy feet that live in holes in hillsides). At least my dad's half-hobbit, I think. (his mom's side probably), so I must be a quarter hobbit.
I want to play keytar. A keytar is a piano/guitar where instead of playing strings with your right hand you have keys, and with your left hand you make it funky with buttons on the neck of the keytar. But also I think I would be happy with guitar.
I'm the master at four square!! Boom baby. I believe four square is the most manly sport on the planet. It's so intense and cruel and somehow people get hurt all the time.
Sucker for super heroe movies. Spider man, Transformers, Batman, Justice League, Superman, Bible man, ~~Hobbitman.~~ I love them all.
I can do the belly roll. Oo man it's awesome.
The other facts were lame, but this may be the worst cuz I can't think anymore. Tears are rolling down my face by this most horribly lame one. All my pets have been rodents. Okay, it's out. It was so stupid I think I'm going to be sick...... okay that's better, goodbye (if anyone's reading this).

FRIDAY: School during the day, football during the evening, and then at about 7:00 I started playing Madden NFL 2007 for hours, and the Bengals won (for once). I also ate pizza while Kenzie was on Facebook, and my dad did homework all night. Then dad finished, and we played ping pong and and my dad's and my new favorite video game Champions of Norrath.

SATURDAY: Football game. I was there from ten in the morning and didn't get home till one. Then Kaden and I hung out for a couple of hours while dad did homework. Kaden left at six and I read my book for a long time. At seven thirtyish my dad came up from the depths of the basement, and we went to the movie store and got the movie "Sandlot." It was great. Also, we got ice cream from McDonald's.

SUNDAY: Woke up at seven and went to church to practice for Uprising. At nine we played for the kids, and it was not good. I was singing in the wrong key. Brought Hunter home with us from church afterwards, and we hung out all afternoon and we made pancakes. They were delicious. Vikings won, Bengals lost (big surprise). After supper we left for church, and we had our Bible studies. After, seventh grade boys had some free time and Philliam taught us some games. In all, it was a pretty packed weekend.

The Middle School Retreat

My sister and I went to the middle school retreat for our church at Camp Victory on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was awesome. We played four square, ping pong , carpet ball, gopher ball, and nuke 'em. We also played capture the flag in the dark, had a scavenger hunt, sang songs, made skits ( not to mention everybody had about 15 cups of hot chocolate every day), and had Bible time. We also had prayer stations. I made some new friends: Noah Smith, and Devin Fox, hung out with old friends Hunter Ray and Philliam. It was so much fun. Oh, by the way, I skipped my football game on Saturday, and we lost so coach made us work really hard yesterday at practice. I'm pooped.

Today I played my third football game, and we lost. Oh well--I played my hardest, and our team never gave up, and I had a great time. We are now 2-1.
